My cat has a number of choices of toys to choose from. This is what she chose and did. Note her toy next to the toilet paper.

This is the drive down to the San Gabriel Valley.

San Buenaventura (Ventura)

Went to the beach today in Ventura. Did you know that Ventura is officially named San Buenaventura? The traffic wasn't as bad as expected with everyone going to Neverland Ranch. Above is a picture of Piper reaching. She's such a happy baby.

Michael Jackson

He became one of my all time favorite since I started collecting records. I found a brand new thriller album years after it came out and I had to have all of them. We'll miss you Michael. You definitely made your mark on this world.

California fusion cheesesteak sandwich

The bread was Vietnamese baguette from Lee's. The meat was cut for shabu shabu. Lastly, we used queso to "top" it off. We bought enough for another meal on Sunday.

Viral infection

Title: Viral Infection
Medium: Watercolor block/oil pastel
Above is what I came with as I sat here on a sunday afternoon listening to the Arsonist, Last Emperor, Walking Large, Jeru da Damaga and the rest of my late 90's/early 00's records. The piece entitled, "viral infection" was inspired from this ~300 page Virology book that Dr Pal recommended the class to purchase. I never used my book for that MIC 430 class. All I did was memorized his lecture notes. I recall that he was so surprised when I received a 49/50 on his exam.
