Viral infection
Title: Viral Infection
Medium: Watercolor block/oil pastel
Above is what I came with as I sat here on a sunday afternoon listening to the Arsonist, Last Emperor, Walking Large, Jeru da Damaga and the rest of my late 90's/early 00's records. The piece entitled, "viral infection" was inspired from this ~300 page Virology book that Dr Pal recommended the class to purchase. I never used my book for that MIC 430 class. All I did was memorized his lecture notes. I recall that he was so surprised when I received a 49/50 on his exam.

1995 Integra GSR
Here's a picture of my old car's engine bay. I miss that car. If I still have that car, I would actually take off my body kit, wheels, and rise it back up to stock height. It was a fun car to drive. Now, I have a two door version built just like it in Gran Turismo 2.

Last night I went to a theater by UCLA to watch a documentary that was co-produced by my twin sister (she runs reaching to embrace arts). This inspired to update my website. So, I added some of my old artwork that I still have. I'm going to start working on some more pieces and finish a robot that I have built from cardboard. The above logo was an entry and the winner for the "Amgen Summer Chilifest 2008" logo contest. They use that logo on everything (eg, t-shirts, hats, signs, banners, and food booths).

E.P.
That's Eloise P. My first real boss or bosslady as we as students refer her to. I worked for Eloise for a couple years during college. She was always there for me when I was confused, lost and unable to comprehend life. Eloise trusted me, enough to the point where I was the contact person for her Cellular Molecular Biology Resource Center while she was out sick for a quarter (~10 weeks). Working there taught me how to deal with people, organization, and how to manage your peers. Why am I posting about her? Well, I want to take this time to thank her for all she's given me as a boss, friend, and as a surrogate mother. She looked out for my best interest and ensure I explore what I want to do in my life.

Chesebro Ride
Michael brought my new bike up from The Path in Irvine and we went for a ride at Chesebro. Before the ride we changed out Michael's rim brakes to a set of disc brakes I had laying around. We also swap his bar and stem from the Enduro to his Monocog.
Here's a few pictures.
Monocog (Michael's) and Monocog Flight (Mine) on Michael's car. Here's a few pictures.
